Talent and You is a recruitment company built on the idea that recruitment is above all a question of people and timing. Before finding a client the right talent, it helps them decide which model fits the need, choosing between what it calls the menu Chasse and the menu RPO. It is deliberately blunt about the trade off, saying it will not make empty promises because there is a market reality and a good candidate is not easy to find. The company has been recruiting for more than 10 years, on CDI as well as on mission assignments, and its consultants range from juniors trained in house to seniors with more than 10 years of recruitment experience.

On the RPO side the offer runs from sourcing through to complete outsourcing of a business unit or a whole company, taking in on-site and off-site delivery, analytics and KPIs, ad hoc recruiter delegation, and audits and restructuring of an internal recruitment function. The RPO recruiter works inside the client's offices or remotely, joins the existing team and operates under the client's name with a company email address so the work feeds the employer brand. Each engagement is steered by an RPO Manager against agreed KPIs and review points, billed on a day rate with possible placement bonuses, and the recruiter arrives with their own PC, phone, LinkedIn Recruiter licence, jobboard access and a database of more than 35,000 profiles updated daily. On the Chasse side the team uses approche directe, its network and its talent pools, with each recruiter specialised in one or more sectors so they understand the client's business issues.

Talent and You works with start-ups, scale-ups and unicorns, CAC 40 groups, consulting firms and software publishers, transposing best practice from each of those worlds to the client's own context. Clients keep control of their own process, and the company will also help improve the steps in it. Candidates are presented exclusively with no multi-positioning, chasse is billed on success with no advance fees, and RPO is presented as a 40 to 50 per cent saving against using external cabinets, with subscription, day rate or cost per hire models available.
