TalenCo Recruitment Specialists

Talenco presents itself as The Recruitment Specialist, a South African company offering top quality placements and national and international recruiting. Its homepage is built around three commitments that it puts before anything else: that it follows through on its promises, that it takes ownership and is accountable for its actions, and that it works in a trusted partnership with its clients and its candidates.

The company does not narrow itself to one named sector. It describes the collaborative input from the team at Talenco as bringing a wealth of experience to business, and says its staff are individually recognised as top performers, collectively passionate about service, and together a formidable team. That team, rather than a single specialism, is what the company puts forward as its qualification for the work it takes on.

What Talenco offers clients is the professional management of their requirements, and it credits the excellent service it delivers to that focus. Its recruiting reach is described as both national and international, so an employer can brief it on a local vacancy or on a search that runs beyond South Africa. The site itself is a single page and carries no separate team, vacancy or contact section, which leaves that statement of values, experience and reach as the whole of the company's published description of itself.
