Tag HR is a recruitment agency based in Ottawa, Ontario, that connects candidates with employers across Canada. It says it has more than 30 years of experience, and that it began in 1990 as a small Ottawa-based agency before becoming a national workforce solutions provider. The company works almost entirely remotely, using technology to build a nationwide network, and it has helped employers in Toronto, Montreal, Calgary and Vancouver.

For private sector clients, Tag HR fills contract and permanent roles in accounting and finance, human resources, information technology, legal, marketing and communications, and real estate and construction. Its services include candidate sourcing and screening, culture fit and language requirement assessments, credential verification, reference checks, interview scheduling, offer negotiation and contractor payroll management. It charges a flat fee of 20 to 25 per cent of the candidate's annual salary at the point of hiring.

For federal government departments, it supplies security-cleared, senior-level consultants on a contract basis. It also has an affiliated brand, Turtle Island Staffing, an Indigenous-owned company supplying administrative, professional and IT resources to the federal government.
