T3X

T3X is an executive search firm founded by operators who built and scaled Evolve Discovery from startup through public acquisition by NASDAQ-listed UBIC to full exit, specialising in recruiting revenue talent for eDiscovery legal service providers. The firm recruits both hunters, who bring clients through business development, account management, and revenue leadership, and operators, who deliver flawlessly to maintain client relationships and drive renewals. Founded in the eDiscovery sector with deep operational experience scaling businesses from inception through acquisition and integration, T3X brings operator lens and market knowledge to every search.

The firm specialises in recruiting across two complementary practice areas: the Hunters side covering account executives, business development directors, strategic account managers, VP and SVP sales roles, revenue leadership positions, sales engineers, and go-to-market executives; and the Operators side covering eDiscovery project managers, engagement leaders, Relativity administrators and architects, technical operations roles, review managers, TAR specialists, and operations leadership. The company serves a market projected to reach over 60 billion dollars by 2030, with annual growth rate of eDiscovery and legal tech sectors, identifying revenue talent with eDiscovery fluency as the hardest hire in legal technology.

T3X founders bring 25-plus years of experience building and scaling businesses in eDiscovery, litigation support, and forensic services, with deep operational insight into what separates successful senior project managers from those managing by rote, and which vice president of sales candidates deliver in buyer meetings versus those who look strong on paper. The firm leverages this operator experience to identify talent understanding nuances specific to legal service provider revenue engines, ensuring placements that accelerate business growth and customer retention.
