T&P Legal

T&P Legal (Temporary & Permanent Legal) is a legal recruitment bureau for lawyers and advocates providing both permanent legal positions and temporary placements at the top of international business, law firms, and large semi-government organisations. The company operates a niche practice focused on legal professionals and works across the Netherlands on all legal fields except criminal law at all levels, from junior to senior Legal Counsel, Account Manager legal, Trust Officer, Corporate Secretary, Advocate, Compliance Officer, and endverantwortliche positions such as Head of Legal, Manager Compliance, Director, and General Counsel.

T&P Legal operates on the basis of Executive Search, Werving & Selectie (Recruitment & Selection), and Interim services. The company believes that selecting the right candidate requires looking beyond knowledge and experience alone. For organisations to be future-proof, every employee must be capable of responding adequately to change, continuing to add value to the organisation. The typical procedure takes approximately two months, with interim placements possible within approximately one week. The company does not exclusively require exclusive agreements but offers discounts when working on an exclusive basis.

With offices in Amsterdam (Herengracht 282, 1016 BX Amsterdam) and Utrecht (Stadsplateau 7, 3521 AZ Utrecht), T&P Legal works with a selective group of 25-50 professional interim lawyers who are experienced professionals genuinely skilled in their practice. Beyond technical expertise, these professionals possess behaviour and skills fitting the modern, entrepreneurial interim lawyer: proactive people with adaptability who can switch quickly and make decisions. The company emphasises understanding candidates as people, not just CVs, ensuring both personality and professional level create a good fit with clients.
