Syntax Logistics Recruitment

Syntax has been actively placing middle and upper-educated transport and logistics professionals since 2001. The company provides placement services exclusively for permanent roles, not temporary staffing. Operating from offices in Vierlingsbeek and Oss, Syntax serves the interests of employers and candidates throughout the Netherlands and beyond, delivering added value based on market knowledge and substantive quality.

The company positions itself as a betrokken specialist (involved specialist) helping people and organisations move forward, whether handling werving & selectie (recruitment and selection), HR advice, or career coaching with tailor-made solutions. Syntax consultants work at the intersection of personnel, transport and logistics, and technology with at least 20 years of experience each. They are capable of thinking through challenges clients face or will face regarding staff inflow, outflow, or throughflow with surprising solutions.

Syntax emphasises personal contact despite operating fully in the cloud with numerous ICT applications. The company maintains discretion in how it approaches employers and candidates in their physical environment and provides transparency about procedures, fees, work methods, and expected results. With a robust network of companies, educational institutions, job seekers, and supply chain businesses, Syntax has developed touch points within and outside the sector. The consultants monitor employerbranding and corporate identity developments as key factors for the coming years and can guide clients and candidates through this increasingly complex landscape.
