Synergia Staffing

Synergia Staffing Solution connects employers and employees throughout the Tri-State area with construction staffing expertise. The company is a boutique construction recruiting firm focused on building the companies that build New York, specialising in full-time placement of middle to upper management construction professionals. It serves general contractors, production builders, custom and design-build firms, prime sub-contractors, owners, and institutions requiring construction workers at every level.

The company has built a substantial database of construction professionals and is constantly expanding its network. Synergia Staffing has leveraged more than 30 combined years of construction recruiting experience to understand the pain points of those feeling pressure during times of talent scarcity. The company provides staffing solutions across all construction sectors, including residential, commercial, industrial, institutional and infrastructure projects. Its one-stop-shop approach gives businesses flexibility to request workers of all skill and certification levels without working with multiple vendors.

Synergia Staffing works with every budget to ensure client satisfaction, viewing staffing as a mission rather than just a job. The company excels at matching labourers, technicians, project managers, estimators, administrative support, and executives at every level to the right opportunities. By partnering with Synergia Staffing, contractors can supplement or staff their entire workforce to complete projects on budget and on time.
