About the Agency
Sync Up is a recruitment agency based in Sydney, New South Wales. It works with employers that have roles to fill and with candidates looking for new positions.
For employers, its recruiters take the role details, search the agency's database of qualified candidates, compile their CVs and send over the best matches. Once the client has chosen a candidate, Sync Up handles credentialing before hiring, with the aim of having the new employee ready to work on day one. Candidates can send in a CV and ask a recruiter to help them find a job. The agency also invites experienced recruiters to join it, offering flexible hours.
Sync Up says it has 20 years in the recruitment industry.
