SyncNodes (Pty)Ltd

SyncNodes is a South African recruitment company whose line is connecting top talent to top employers. It says it believes in building long term relationships with its clients and candidates, taking the time to understand their unique needs and goals and providing personalised solutions to help them succeed. The company is 100 per cent Black owned, holds EME Level 1 status, and describes nine years of talent sourcing experience behind the service.

Its focus is deliberately narrow. SyncNodes recruits and places professionals in information technology, project management and finance, and it says that exclusive emphasis is what allows it to stay updated on the latest trends, technologies and skill sets and to understand the nuances of each position. The industries it serves are financial services, insurance, retail and telecommunications. That combination, it argues, is why its placements work for both sides, because it knows what specific expertise each role actually requires rather than matching on job titles.

The company is based in Gauteng and reaches candidates all over South Africa and offshore, working from 3 Keiser Drive in Princess, Roodepoort. Its service runs from matching candidates to vacancies through shortlisting, interviews, background checks and the payroll run, so that the employer simply requests, meets candidates and onboards them. Permanent placements, temporary placements and independent contracting are all offered: temporary cover runs from 24 hours to 12 months and comes with employee contract management and payroll support, while independent contracts run from six months to the end of a project or an agreed end date. Risk assessment checks before placement cover criminal, qualification and credit history, and as a value add the company will source three training providers when a client needs technical or soft skills training for a team.
