Synchro Partners

Synchro Partners is a technology recruitment business based in Melbourne, and part of Slade Group. It helps organisations find and secure technology talent, and it also gives candidates career advice. It says it is backed by over 55 years of expertise.

The company works across six specialisations: software development, cyber security and risk, project services and technology, leadership and management, infrastructure and operations, and data and analytics. It builds technology teams across Australia. It describes its consultants as vertically specialised, with established networks in the Australian technology industry.

Slade Group was founded in 1967 by Geoff Slade. Other Slade Group recruiters fill professional and technical specialist roles in permanent and ongoing positions across sectors including accounting and finance, marketing and communications, human resources, business support, education and government. The Interchange Bench, also part of the group, provides temporary, contractor, payroll and contingent workforce services. The group also partners with TRANSEARCH International Australia and Yellow Folder Research, a firm providing talent advice and corporate research.
