Symmetry Human Resources is a labour hire employment agency that places temporary, casual and permanent staff in the industrial, commercial and health sectors. It also recruits for construction and property, government, administration, sales, executive, warehouse, retail and supply chain roles, and offers Indigenous employment agency services.
Craig Anderson founded the company in Victoria in 2010. He had started the recruitment business Strategy 1 Human Resources in 1998 and built it into a national business over 12 years. Wayne Baker is chief executive. The company has a recruitment network in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, with branches in Parramatta, Adelaide and Perth, and says it has expanded its reach to New Zealand.
For employers it also provides OH&S services and Awards and EBAs services. It has launched a partnership-led workforce technology platform for delivering labour hire in high-volume, high-urgency environments, with controls over compliance, governance and workforce visibility.
