Swung | Jeugdzorg

Swung brings experienced professionals and client organisations together in a way that fits, working from Groningen under the promise that people come first, always. The company connects people in the sociaal domein with attention to personal contact, quality and lasting cooperation, so that professionals can keep making a difference where they are needed. Swung works mainly with experienced professionals who know their trade and add value in complex environments, and it matches them to opdrachtgevers where that expertise comes into its own. Alongside placement it runs a coaching practice and a mentorprogramma, and it detacheert SKJ registered professionals in the jeugdzorg on permanent contracts with coaching and tailored guidance.

Swung grew up inside the jeugdzorg and announced in February 2026 that it is deliberately broadening into the wider sociaal domein. Professionals who register choose between onderwijs, sociaal domein and GGZ as their field of work, and the consultants approach them about assignments that match. The firm also convenes the sector through its own events, including the Maak het Waar afternoon that brought 50 changemakers from the jeugdzorg together in June 2025 and the Vier het resultaat event where 70 impactmakers worked on concrete solutions. It publishes practical sector material as well, such as a full overview of jeugdzorg salaries for 2026 including starting salaries by role, plus news items, cases and podcasts.

The office is at Zuiderpark 1 in Groningen, and candidates registering can ask to be contacted by either the Groningen or the Zwolle office. Clients choose Swung for personal guidance, clear expectations and craftsmanship that lead to durable rather than short term deployment. Professionals are helped to choose work that suits their experience, the context and the organisation, with trust and clear agreements on both sides. Registration is free of obligation, a CV can be uploaded at any point, and a monthly newsletter carries the latest trends in working in the sociaal domein.
