Swoon

Swoon is a talent and consulting firm that recruits for information technology, digital, finance and project strategy roles. It works with companies large and small, and says it has more than a decade of experience matching talent to key roles. It reports an expanding client roster that includes Fortune 1000 companies.

Swoon Australia Pty Ltd has its office in Sydney. The company says it was founded by industry leaders with 100+ years of combined experience, and it is a Certified Women's Business Enterprise. Its process starts with learning about a client's team, business goals and culture and the hiring problems it faces. It then searches for candidates and presents them to the client, which it says takes 72 hours on average.

After a hire is made, Swoon stays in contact for the duration of the contract. For jobseekers it runs a contractor care programme.
