swisselect

swisselect is an executive search boutique for C-level executives, managers and specialist staff. Its team includes talent sourcing specialists alongside executive search consultants. It says it has been filling senior positions for more than 25 years. Each client works with one contact person who looks after them exclusively. Bea Gerber and Daniel Burkhalter are named as owners.

Its consultants cover several sectors. One focus is high-tech industries such as mechanical engineering, electronics, medical technology and IT, including research and development, production and supply chain leaders. Others work in banking and finance, industry, trade and healthcare. A further focus is healthcare, social services, education, insurance, non-profit and association organisations, and public administration at municipal, cantonal and federal level.

swisselect has offices in Bern and Zurich. Together with Dr. Rosenfeld and SMART Recruiting it forms the SRS Group, three recruitment firms that each specialise in their own market.
