Swiis International

Swiis International Ltd is the parent company of Swiis Foster Care England, Swiis Foster Care Scotland and Swiis Healthcare. Founded in 1988 by Chairman and owner Dev Dadral, the company initially provided local social care provision from an office in Ealing, West London. Over the years, the Swiis commitment to quality has been recognised by clients, enabling the business to grow and diversify into foster care in England (2000), healthcare staffing (2004) and foster care in Scotland (2005). Most recently, Swiis established Swiis Training in 2025.

Swiis is now one of the most substantial and reputed providers of independent foster care in the United Kingdom, with 13 foster care facilities caring for nearly 700 looked-after children and young people. Swiis Healthcare quickly established itself as a leading UK provider of staffing services in the healthcare industry. The company's expertise across the healthcare industry is embedded throughout its organisation, ensuring the right outcome for both clients and candidates. The senior management team includes positions such as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Finance Officer, Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Foster Care Officer across its operations.
