Swiftsource Recruitment

Swiftsource is a specialist recruitment firm focusing on the membrane and water treatment systems industry across the United States and Canada. The company places applications engineers, process engineers, design consultants and commercial leaders who specify, build and stand behind membrane treatment systems, including those specialising in reverse osmosis (RO), ultrafiltration (UF), nanofiltration (NF) and ion exchange (IX).

The firm has 20 years of experience in industrial and municipal water treatment sectors. Founded on the principle that water is not a single industry but a complex market with distinct challenges across equipment OEMs, systems integrators, consulting engineers and industrial process groups, Swiftsource provides deep industry research and market mapping to connect clients with high-performing talent.

Swiftsource emphasises technical skill assessment combined with evaluation of softer competencies essential for success in the water treatment sector. The company connects difficult-to-find technical and commercial talent across OEM, integrator, consulting and packaged-systems environments on both industrial and municipal sides, delivering shortlists while the market remains active and maintaining candidate engagement through offer stage.
