SW6 Associates

SW6 Associates is a recruitment-to-recruitment agency that places recruiters and recruitment back-office staff with recruitment firms. It says it works across the UK and globally, at every level from trainees and graduates to board level, and that its clients range from start-ups to multinationals.

The company started up in 2003 and is based in London. It says its teams have over 50 years of experience in the recruitment industry between them. Its work is split into entry-level recruitment for graduates and trainees, middle market recruitment for experienced recruiters, and C-suite appointments, where it provides advisory on leadership hires. It also supports recruitment businesses with back-office hires across marketing, finance, legal and operations.

Ben Watson is named as its founder and director.
