Sw Personaldienstleistungen

SW Personaldienstleistungen GmbH is a German Personaldienstleister that works with employers and jobseekers side by side. Its offer to companies rests on Zeitarbeit, which it calls a decisive argument for a successful and economical personnel policy, and on Personalvermittlung, where it takes over the pre-selection and placement of staff on the client's behalf. It also runs On Site Management, putting one of its own employees on the client's site to schedule and look after every Leiharbeitnehmer there, including temporary workers supplied by other agencies.

The staff it supplies fall into four groups. Kaufmännisches Personal covers commercial and office roles, gewerbliches Personal covers helper roles for companies that need motivated workers, a dedicated Lager und Logistik service supplies qualified workers to warehousing and logistics, and its Facharbeiter offer places qualified personnel in Industrie und Handwerk. Its current vacancies show that mix in practice: Produktionshelfer for Baugruppenmontage in Ronneburg where manual skill is enough, Produktionshelfer on two and three shift patterns in Büdingen advertised as übertariflich, and assembly staff for Langenselbold and Ronneburg.

The company works from two Standorte, Nidda and Bruchköbel, and asks candidates looking for positions beyond those advertised to contact its Niederlassung in Nidda or Nidderau. Jobseekers apply through an Online-Bewerbung form or the Kandidatenumschau, and employers can use email, telephone or a live chat, with the company promising that one of its staff will come back to them as quickly as possible. Its Über uns pages set out the Historie, the Team, the Tarifvertrag and a Leitbild it frames as rethinking career and values for the Wirtschaft 4.0, published alongside five reasons to choose SW. Facebook, XING and Twitter links, an Impressum, a Datenschutz notice and the AGB sit in the footer of every page.
