Its consultants each work within an individual niche division.

The divisions are nursing and midwifery, aged care, social work and psychology, allied health, social care and disability support, medical imaging, doctors, and centralised support. Centralised support covers administration, HR and finance positions within healthcare, on permanent and temporary terms. Aged care work includes care managers, facility managers and support workers. The agency also runs casual and contract, permanent, locum and retained search services.

The company is based in Sydney and was founded by Kay Reynoldson, who is its chief executive.
