About the Agency
Surf Search is a recruiting firm focused on life sciences. It recruits for biotech, healthcare, hospital, medical device, pharmaceutical, physician and scientific roles across the U.S. It fills positions from high-level leadership to staff level, and serves pharma, biotech and medical device companies.
The firm says it works with only a handful of clients at a time. Alongside its searches, it supports candidates with scheduling, interview preparation, offer negotiation, relocation and onboarding. A research team sources and identifies candidates for hard to fill jobs. The firm cites over 20 years of combined recruiting experience across its team.
Its team includes a National Recruiting Director based in the San Francisco Bay Area and a recruiter who manages the East Coast business. The firm says it recruits in cities including Atlanta, Baltimore, Boston, Chicago, Dallas and Denver. It also keeps working with HR leaders, recruiting partners and hiring managers who move into new industries.
