It arranges one-off temporary placements, on-hire arrangements and permanent placements, through to a complete outsourced workforce, for both skilled blue-collar trades and white-collar roles. Roles it recruits for include carpenters, concreters, steel fixers, ticketed welders, electricians, foremen and supervisors, traffic controllers, machine operators, truck drivers, track and rail workers, engineers, contract administrators, and admin, sales and marketing staff. It also supplies staff for pubs, clubs and events.

Alongside recruitment it offers payroll services, industrial training through an affiliated accredited RTO, workers compensation support through an affiliated company, and wholesale PPE.
