STS Staffing

STS Staffing, formally STS Staffing & Temporary Services, is a staffing and recruiting agency that began in Minneapolis, Minnesota, in 1991. It says it grew from a single office in the Twin Cities into a nationwide business with regional offices in Reno/Sparks and Las Vegas in Nevada, Phoenix in Arizona, Minneapolis in Minnesota and Nashville in Tennessee.

For employers it offers temporary and contract staffing, temporary-to-hire staffing and direct hire recruiting. Its primary focus industries are seasonal and retail, manufacturing, warehouse, customer service, healthcare, administrative and transportation work, and it says it has also assisted clients and candidates in virtually every vertical. It also supplies event staff for conventions, concerts and sporting events, in roles such as ticketing, ushers, concessions and setup crews.

The company expanded into the Illinois market in 1993. In 2014 it launched a regional and national staffing initiative from its Las Vegas office, serving clients mainly in Florida and California.
