Strelkin Personeelszaken

Strelkin personeelszaken is the practice of adviser Geert-Jan Gerritsen, who specialises in supporting the midden- en kleinbedrijf with everything to do with staff, from arranging the day to day matters to solving the harder questions. Because he offers a broad package of services he can work at whatever depth a business needs: advising, giving practical support, or taking the work over entirely so the company is fully unburdened. What an owner gains, in his description, is the knowledge and capacity they were missing, brought in without hiring for it, so they can concentrate without distraction on the thing they are good at, running the business. His case for that is short: your staff determine your success.

The practice covers two sides of the same subject. HRM is the advisory side, and Recruitment is the hiring side, with terms published as Voorwaarden W&S for the werving en selectie work. A third section, Jouw loopbaan, is written for candidates: anyone looking for a new job can discuss their wishes, possibilities, knowledge and skills, after which Gerritsen brings them to the attention of his clients and business relations with the aim of helping them to their next career step. Current vacancies are published on the site.

Strelkin personeelszaken works from Wierdensestraat 136 in Almelo, and is reachable on 06 29 102 494 and [email protected]. Employers and jobseekers who prefer not to call are offered a callback: a short form on the site asks only for a name and a telephone number. The invitation Gerritsen extends to both is the same, to phone for an oriënterend gesprek before committing to anything, and the site also publishes his bedrijfsgegevens, the conditions attached to werving en selectie work, and a privacyverklaring.
