Strata

Strata Hiring Solutions, operating as Strata Legal Talent, is a strategic legal recruiting firm based in Red Bank, New Jersey. The firm connects law firms with exceptional attorneys through targeted, relationship-driven recruiting focused on off-market candidates rather than active job seekers. David Rietti, President and Legal Recruiting specialist, leads the firm with a philosophy emphasising understanding what success looks like for each client, then identifying attorneys who fit both the practice and organisational culture.

Strata specialises in government enforcement and investigations, antitrust and competition law, lateral partner recruiting, and family law within New Jersey. The firm's approach is intentionally narrow and relationship-focused, targeting boutique and specialised practices and firms with clearly defined, scoped hiring needs where depth of knowledge and long-term relationships consistently produce stronger results than high-volume recruiting. Off-market outreach is conducted directly through established relationships, with only well-aligned candidates presented to clients.

Strata works exclusively with law firms taking a focused, intentional approach to hiring and places attorneys across multiple practice areas including government enforcement backgrounds, antitrust and competition experience, and family law specialisation. The firm's selective model prioritises quality and long-term fit over placement volume.
