Straight Source Solutions

Straight Source Solutions is a technology recruitment business serving organisations in the UK and the Benelux region. It focuses on Cloud, DevOps and Cyber Security, covering AWS, Azure and GCP environments, CI/CD and automation, and security work such as threat detection, compliance and incident response. Its headquarters are in London.

The company recruits permanent staff, contract specialists and project-based teams, and also runs an executive search practice for roles from department heads to C-level. The roles it fills range from administrators, developers, engineers and architects to engineering managers, directors, CTOs, CIOs and CISOs. Its contract work covers maternity, paternity or sickness cover and seasonal or time-critical demand, and it says it takes care of compliance, onboarding and timesheets.

It says it works with clients from high-growth startups to global enterprises, and reports a track record that includes managing multi-million-pound projects for tier-one banks.
