Storm2 is a recruitment agency and executive search firm that focuses entirely on the US FinTech market. It offers permanent staffing, contingent staffing with specialist contractors, and executive search supported by what it calls the Future Leaders Network.

It recruits executive, senior and mid-level candidates across AI, data and analytics, software engineering, finance and operations, legal, product management, risk and compliance, and sales and marketing. Its specialist teams cover sectors including AccountingTech, digital banking, lending, RegTech, WealthTech, blockchain and crypto, InsurTech and payments, and it hires for FinTechs from the founding team stage to public companies.

Storm2 launched in August 2019 with a first cohort of 12 consultants. It operates from London, which is its global headquarters, and New York. It is part of PP Recruitment Holdings Limited, which trades as Levin.
