It was founded in 2012 and merged with Stephenson & Co in 2016, which created its non-executive director offering. It says it has completed more than 500 assignments and has 60 years of experience as executive search consultants.

The firm recruits across the financial sector, with a focus on asset management, wealth management, family offices and investment trust board appointments. Roles range from junior positions and support functions to C-suite level, including CFO, FD and COO appointments in fintechs and boutiques, and main board executive and non-executive appointments. Its team has worked with global corporations, international banks, investment trusts and boutiques.

Clients typically work with it on a retained basis, and the service is free for candidates. Each client and candidate usually deals with one consultant, and shortlists tend to be of four to six candidates. It has handled searches across the US, Europe and the Middle East, as well as the UK.
