Stellar Recruitment is a recruitment agency operating across Australia and New Zealand. It was founded in 2006 by two New Zealanders who continue to lead the business, and it has eight offices across the two countries.

The agency recruits for mining, energy, construction and engineering, corporate and commercial, legal, agriculture and primary industries, industrial, supply chain, logistics and procurement, and healthcare roles, as well as automotive and heavy equipment maintenance. Alongside recruitment it offers executive search, immigration and maintenance services. It says it has sourced job seekers from more than 27 countries.

The company reports more than 35,000 placements, over 700,000 candidates for partnered businesses to select from, and that 95% of its business is repeat business. It has won industry awards, including RCSA recognition as an outstanding large agency in New Zealand.
