Staq

Staq is a recruitment business that works with technology start-ups and scale-ups. It says its recruitment services are tailored and designed together with founders and technology leaders.

Its offer is split into three products. Start covers filling individual roles, Scale lets a client grow its team with full cost control and no minimum contract times, and Squad is for building a team with guaranteed delivery and set timelines. Clients also mention a recruitment-as-a-service arrangement under which a recruiter works with them over several months.

The team is led by managing directors for technology, executive search, and sales and marketing, supported by recruitment consultants. The company is run as Staq Talent Solutions Ltd and has its office in Dublin, Ireland. It has partnered with Nativz Gaming to connect players in Ireland's esports collegiate series with tech career opportunities, and clients describe it hiring in Germany.
