Standley Associates is an independent executive search and recruitment firm specialising in sales, commercial and GTM roles at all levels. It was founded in 2009 by Simon Standley, who works as a search consultant, and its office is at Birmingham Business Park in Solihull. It also runs practices in sales and marketing, digital and IT sales, and a recruitment mentor service.

The firm is multilingual and focuses on the German, wider European and UK markets, and also works across borders internationally.
