Standbein Personalmanagement is a personnel consultancy for small and medium-sized businesses in Austria, based in Villach. It is led by managing director Tanja Osmalz. The team also includes Daniel Osmalz, responsible for strategy and sales, and Lea Rechling, who handles office and marketing.

The firm works for employers and for job seekers. Its approach puts personality, attitude and potential ahead of professional experience, summed up as "First Who. Then What." A search begins by defining what the role needs. A strategy is then chosen: a job advert, direct approach or a combination. It says it reaches both active and passive candidates, and selection runs in several stages with structured interviews and potential analyses. Support continues until the new employee starts.

If a recommended hire does not last the first six months, the firm refills the position once at no charge. External costs such as adverts on job platforms are excluded.
