Staffplanning B.V. sells recruitment as a subscription rather than as a fee per hire. Its Recruitment as a Service, shortened to RaaS, fills a client's vacancies structurally for a fixed monthly amount. The company aims the model at employers who regularly need qualified candidates but have too little time for the search, or who do not know where to look in the current tight labour market, and it says it has the contacts, the means and the experience to fill those roles continuously. It draws the contrast with werving en selectie bureaus itself: because those are often driven by a high success fee, and Staffplanning is paid a fixed monthly amount, it argues it can afford to be genuinely useful and keep looking for the right candidate.

The vacancies it covers are commercial, administrative, financial, HR and technical. Three packages are published. RaaS MKB covers one continuous vacancy at 495 euro per month. RaaS MKB+ covers three continuous vacancies at 990 euro per month. RaaS Corporate covers more than three vacancies at a time, priced bespoke. All three include an unlimited number of placements per year, sourcing of candidates, headhunting by experienced recruiters, editing of vacancy texts, online posting, CV screening and data, with LinkedIn Recruiter Professional available; the two larger tiers also write the vacancies, and the Corporate tier adds coaching and outplacement. Prices exclude VAT and the minimum contract is 12 months, with a half-yearly evaluation that includes the option to cancel if the client is not satisfied.

Many vacancies are filled from the company's own candidate database. Where no candidate is directly available, its online specialists and recruiters go looking: they write the vacancy text, advertise it free of charge on channels such as LinkedIn, Werkzoeken.nl, Indeed and Monsterboard as well as on the Staffplanning site, share it on social media, and screen CVs thoroughly so the client meets only qualified and suitable people. Soft skills are weighted as heavily as hard skills, which is why the company sits down with a client to learn the business, and it coaches new employees or guides outplacement trajectories where that is needed.
