Staff Zone

Staff Zone is a US staffing company that supplies blue-collar workers to the construction, light industrial and special events industries. It says it has operated since 2004. It is owned by Harris Ventures, Inc., a Georgia corporation, and is headquartered in Roswell, Georgia, with a network of branches across the United States, including in Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and Virginia.

Its services cover construction staffing, light industrial staffing and flagger staffing. It places skilled and unskilled temporary workers on a daily or project basis. Workers are paid at the end of each day for that day's work, and the company says it provides transport to and from job sites in a fleet of 15 passenger vans.

For clients, it says it takes care of employment taxes, unemployment issues, workers compensation and liability insurance, and I-9 compliance. On request it can arrange badging, drug testing, basic PPE and some basic tools. It describes a safety programme that includes a Director of Risk Management and daily safety video training in its branches.
