Staff X

Staff X is an offshore staffing company that recruits Filipino professionals for businesses in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the US and the UK. It was founded in 2016 and is led by Founder and CEO Rick Argenta. It says it is expanding its talent pipeline into Vietnam.

Staff X combines its own recruitment platform with human screening to build shortlists, and the client chooses the candidate. Under its full employee model, the team member is employed through Staff X, which handles payroll, HR and a managed device, while the client directs the daily work. It recruits across six areas: healthcare, finance and accounting, construction and engineering, technology and AI, creative and digital, and business support. It says most shortlists take 5 to 15 business days and reports an average staff tenure of 2.8 years and more than 350 clients.

There is no lock-in period, and replacements within the first 12 months are recruited at no extra fee. It has offices in Sydney, Auckland, London and the United States.
