Office roles include executive assistants, office managers, receptionists, word processing specialists and customer service representatives. Professional placements range from mid-level managers to senior executives, with specialties in accounting, finance, IT, engineering, manufacturing, HR, legal services, retail, sales, marketing and interim executives.

Services include temporary, contract and permanent staffing, as well as on-site management. For permanent hires it screens candidates, interviews them and checks references, and it offers a 90-day guarantee. It tests candidates with assessments from Kenexa-Prove It!, which it says number over 1,200. It has offices in Scarborough, Brampton, Ajax and Hamilton, and recruits across Toronto, North York, Vaughan, Markham, Mississauga and the Durham region.
