Staff Icons

Staff Icons is a full service recruitment and staffing firm headquartered in New Jersey, with its head office in Oradell. It says it has been bringing employers and professionals together since 1998. It provides direct hire permanent placement, temporary and contract staffing, and temp-to-perm staffing across the United States. It describes itself as a boutique firm and as a Minority Women's Business Enterprise.

The firm recruits for biotechnology and scientific roles, pharmaceutical and personal care, chemicals, flavors and fragrances, medical devices, engineering and manufacturing, general office administration, and hospitality. Positions it names include clinical laboratory scientists, pathologists, laboratory directors and managers, QA/QC professionals, engineers and IT staff. Its clients range from start-ups to large enterprises, and it says it handles searches at all levels, including outside the United States.

Staff Icons works on a contingency basis, charging a one-time direct hire fee only when a client hires one of its candidates. It says each placement carries a 90-day guarantee, with a replacement offered at no extra charge if the hire does not work out.
