SR Consulting is a recruitment business that places go-to-market (GTM) talent with SaaS startups and scale-ups. It fills roles in sales, pre-sales, customer success, marketing and leadership, for individual contributors as well as senior leaders. It works with founders, GTM leaders and talent teams, whether the client is self-funded, private equity or venture capital backed, from seed stage to late-stage, across the UK, Europe and North America.

The company offers retained search, executive search for CxO hires, project work for companies with multiple hires, and fractional talent acquisition, in which experienced professionals provide in-house talent acquisition and advisory on a contract basis. Its process covers defining the role, search and selection, candidate assessment, interview coaching, offer management and talent retention.

SR Consulting was founded by Sophie Rason after nearly a decade in recruitment and Executive Search. She runs it on her own and has spent the past seven years or more focused solely on building and scaling SaaS startups.
