The standards it puts forward are pre-vetted engineers, European collaboration standards, a transparent process, GDPR compliance and fast matching. The engagement runs in four steps: the client shares their requirements, SquadCrafter matches vetted engineers, the client interviews and approves, and the team starts building. Requests submitted through the site are answered within one business day.

The company offers three collaboration models aligned to a client's team structure and growth stage. Individual Developer scales specific capabilities with experienced engineers aligned to the client's product goals and delivery standards. Dedicated Squad deploys full delivery teams, including product as well as engineering roles, to accelerate roadmap execution. Product and Tech Leadership strengthens planning, architecture and technical direction with senior leadership support. The selected projects it publishes are both German startups: Dallula, a beauty and style commerce platform focused on concierge booking, curated services and mobile-first customer experiences, and Elbinna, a food delivery app ecosystem connecting customers with local chefs through the el Binna, el Cuisine and el Rider apps, with an iOS release and an Android beta.

The delivery side sits in Tunisia and the client side in Germany and Switzerland, and the company is set up for that arrangement rather than treating it as an exception.
