Springboard Success is an independent recruitment agency specialising in events and media, founded in London in 2021. It places candidates with event organisers, venues, charities, media owners, publishers and advertising agencies, from graduate to director level. Roles cover events marketing, events sales, events logistics, conference production and B2B and B2C events.

The agency was founded by Katie Crawford and Elena Mckibbin, who are its co-founders. It says its team has more than 19 years of combined experience. Services include permanent recruitment, interim and fixed-term placements, and executive search, where it works with clients on their objectives for the year, such as launches, acquisitions and mergers, and the shape of their senior leadership team.
