Spire Recruitment is a boutique recruitment agency based in Melbourne, specialising in real estate and property recruitment across Melbourne and Victoria. It describes itself as female-owned and female-led. Sara Allen founded the agency in 2022 and leads it as Founder and CEO, supported by recruitment consultant Alysia Jewal.

Spire says its approach draws on industry experience, as Sara Allen spent more than six years in real estate before moving into recruitment.
