Spiral Appointments Limited is an independent specialist recruitment consultancy serving the built environment. It has provided recruitment for interior fit-out, refurbishment and construction companies since 2012, working with established contractors as well as small and medium-sized firms and start-ups.

The business was founded by Paul Kendrick, who worked for recruitment companies including Adecco and Michael Page before moving into construction recruitment with Avery Associates. It is based in Ipswich, while he is mainly found in London or further afield, meeting candidates and clients. Roles it recruits for include project managers, commercial managers and technical services managers in London fit-out.
