It was formed by bringing together three existing agencies: Smalls Recruiting from Sydney, GWS Personnel from regional NSW and JHA Recruitment from Byron Bay. It describes its focus as recruitment across City, Country and Coast, and says it has supported professionals moving to regional areas for more than a decade.
