Spicy Talents is a Berlin based recruitment agency founded in 2019 by Morten Laufer, who started the company after being dissatisfied with the recruitment services he had received himself. After moving to Berlin in 2020, he built up an office and a high performing recruitment team from the ground up.

Spicy Talents has helped fintech and e-commerce companies hire talent to scale from zero to one and from one to a thousand employees. The agency offers permanent and freelance recruitment, describing a four step process for permanent hires that delivers the first three relevant profiles within five days, and a similar process for freelance hiring that delivers first profiles within 48 hours. It also offers Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), which it describes as scalable talent acquisition or recruitment on demand, working inside a client's in house team and leaving once the job is done.
