Spencer Recruitment is a boutique recruitment agency in Dublin that specialises in public relations, communications, public affairs and marketing roles. It was established in 2018 and recruits for employers across Ireland and the UK through a small team of consultants. The Managing Director is Brendan Madden, a former media journalist who later worked at Irish recruitment firms.

The agency fills permanent, temporary and contract positions, and also offers interim management and executive search. It takes a headhunting approach and handles drafting of job specifications, screening and vetting, and offer letters. Its work covers both the in-house and agency markets, in areas such as media relations, crisis communications, digital marketing, and sustainability and ESG.
