Spa Elite

Spa Elite is a UK recruitment agency for the spa, aesthetics, wellness, beauty, fitness, leisure and hospitality sectors, and for luxury yachts. It supplies temporary staff and advertises permanent vacancies for employers, and says it has operated since 2006. Its aesthetics temporary work runs under the Elite Aesthetics name.

Temporary cover is supplied across the UK to spas, hotel spas, wellness retreats, aesthetic clinics and events, covering holidays, staff absences and seasonal demand. Clients and temps use a booking app and portal that the company says it built in-house. A separate VIP service places spa and wellness professionals in private households, family offices and estates. For permanent roles, employers advertise on an industry job board instead of paying placement fees, and vacancies are listed in the UK and abroad.

Clients include destination spas, luxury hotels, wellness resorts, medical aesthetic clinics and private residences. The head office is in Cheltenham, with a London office in Mayfair. The company lists areas of operation across the UK, plus Spain, Dubai, Saudi Arabia and Australia.
