Southall Sage

Southall Sage is a specialist recruitment company that sources talent in the Chemicals, Materials and Packaging markets. It also names Plastics, Industrial Equipment and Energy among the sectors where it recruits, and says it operates globally for businesses of all sizes, from start-ups to large multinationals.

Its services are professional and executive search at mid- to senior level, covering sourcing, shortlisting, evaluation and placement; multi-role hiring for building a team, targeting a new growth area or staffing a site; and career support for candidates. It says it handles assignments from early-career professionals to senior executives.

Southall Sage was founded by Oliver Davies, its director, as an independent recruitment business. He says he has recruited in the Chemicals, Packaging and Materials markets for over 13 years and made hundreds of placements across 35 countries. The company works with a select group of active clients and is based in Leeds.
