Sourcing Solutions is a company based at Schiphol-Rijk in the Netherlands that solves capacity problems for businesses whose production process depends heavily on people. It connects Dutch companies running technological processes with a significant human element to proven companies that have qualified and experienced personnel available. Its mission, as it states it, is to solve the capacity problem so that businesses can meet their delivery commitments on time while optimising labour costs. The areas it delivers solutions in are named directly: information technology, metal construction and metalworking, electrotechnical installations, the agricultural and food sector, construction, medical and non-medical care, production, and logistics and distribution. Compliance sits at the centre of the offer. The company builds alliances between parties that observe international and local rules on tax, labour law and employment conditions, including the equal pay criterion that applies when workers are posted from one country to another, and it works only with solid, experienced firms that hold NEN 4400-2 certification or are ready to obtain that and other certificates such as VCA, within three months, for the sake of a joint project. It also helps its partners obtain the accreditations and certifications they need to hold a good market position.

The company works as an independent commercial agent, searching for potential clients on a contractor's behalf on a no cure, no pay basis with a success fee, cooperating with established law and tax firms and giving substantive support to contractors from Poland. It only takes on assignments involving groups of no fewer than five workers. A separate matchmaking service joins supply and demand more broadly: it identifies potential suppliers or buyers of goods and services that meet set criteria, prepares a list of possible counterparties, arranges meetings with selected companies and can attend or lead those meetings, up to and including negotiating the terms of cooperation.
