Sorciety is a recruitment agency in Australia that focuses on the niche areas of recruiter to recruiter (Rec2Rec) recruitment and internal recruitment. It places recruiters in permanent roles with recruitment agencies nationwide, and works with agencies both large and small across the country. It also provides access to talent acquisition and internal recruitment roles.

The company also offers bespoke training and coaching for recruitment agencies, covering recruiters and recruitment leaders at any stage of their career. Its co-founders are Chris Perdikis and Lee Jones, and it has a hub in Melbourne. It reports more than 20 years of combined experience, and says it has been named Rec2Rec Agency of the Year in Victoria at the Sourcr Awards two years running.
