Sorcer

Sorcer is a recruitment company based in London that specialises in Ruby on Rails developers. It says it was founded to bring change to the industry by offering an up front and honest service to both candidates and clients.

The company recruits Ruby developers and engineers on permanent and contract terms, and says it has knowledge and a network across those markets in the UK, US and Europe. It works with clients that need to scale a Ruby team quickly through high volume hiring, as well as those making one-off key hires. Alongside its London office it has an office in Dubai.
