Sonja Finn Personal

Finn Consulting is the Personal- und Karriereberatung of Sonja Finn, combining recruitment consulting, career advice and coaching. One of the guiding sentences of her consulting work is that she is only satisfied once the client is satisfied. She has worked as a self employed consultant since 2003 with almost all branches and job profiles, and before that spent several years as a Human Resources Manager, as a Personalreferentin and as an Ausbilderin, so her knowledge of placement, Personalbeschaffung and recruitment comes from doing the work inside companies as well as advising on it. Her coaching training and her own life experience let her accompany clients through a change or a crisis with a mixture of empathy and objectivity, and much of what she offers is aimed at enabling people to handle the next situation with their own resources.

Her core competences fall into four areas. As a Personalvermittlerin and recruiter she advises companies on Personalbeschaffung and runs professional selection processes for specialists and managers. As an executive outplacement consultant she works with commercially focused leaders, among them Einkaufsleiter, Vertriebsleiter, Personalleiter, Leiter Controlling and Bereichsleiter, as well as IT and telecommunications specialists. As a placement consultant and coach she offers career perspective advice, Bewerbungstrainings and workshops, profiling, Standort- und Potenzialanalyse, Stellenvermittlung, strategy advice and preparation for interviews and assessment centres, including interview simulation on video. The fourth area is coaching specialists and managers on leadership and on dealing with change.

Her qualifications include Personalfachkauffrau (IHK), systemic coach for teams and organisations and Karrierecoach from the Institut für systemische Beratung in Wiesloch, Businesscoach from the Grundig Akademie in Nürnberg and NLP Practitioner training, alongside certification in personality and potential diagnostics including the LINC Personality Profiler, Insights MDI and Persolog.
